How often do you watch a movie? A lot of people make movies a weekly habit. For some movies make them bond with their friends and family. Some movies may not be too relaxing but these stimulate the mind and wake up the senses. For instance horror movies do not actually make the viewers feel relaxed.

However, the excitement and thrill which come with every horror movies make this type of movie among the most loved by many movie goers all over the world. If you are an avid fan of horror films, then the Halloween: Resurrection is one horror film you should dare not miss. Released in 2002, this is a thrilling horror film directed by Rick Rosenthal. Written by Debra Hill and John Carpenter, the movie tells about the serial killer Michael Myers played by Brad Loree.

The Halloween: Resurrection Michael Myers story did not end when his rivalry with Laurie Strode played by Jamie Lee Curtis comes to an end. The terror continued when a number of teenagers were sent to Michael Myers childhood house to spend a supposedly fun evening as a prize for winning a contest. Their stay at Michael Myers house was to be broadcasted live on the internet.

However, the anticipation of a fun evening turned sour and deadly when this group of teenagers has to struggle in order to get out Michael Myers house alive. The Halloween (2002) is a thriller, suspense, and horror film which reached a box office hit of about $30,259,652 during its release to the market.

The film begins 3 years after the events of Halloween: H20 where Laurie Strode, the main character of the first 2 installments as well as in H20, has been confined to a mental hospital on the counts of murder. A retcon is made and established in which Laurie did not really decapitate his nemesis Michael Myers at the end of the previous movie, but rather a medical paramedic with whom Myers forcefully switched placed and get his clothing and his mask.

Laurie now pretends to be heavily medicated, but in reality dodges her medicines, pills and prepares herself for the inevitable event, the confrontation with Michael Myers. When Myers appeared, Laurie lures him into scheme, a trap, but before she can kill him for the last time, he turns the tables on her.

In a confrontation on the roof top as she reaches over to pull off his face mask to see what her brother looks like he grabs her and pulls her over the edge of the roof with him, and in the process stabbing her. Laurie gives him a kiss, tells him she will see him in the other life or see him in hell and falls off the roof.

A year later, a group of 6 college students win a contest or competition to appear on a reality show on which they are spending Halloween night in the childhood house of Michael Myers. Their main goal and mission is to find out what led him to kill. The investigation is made and done in the style of the Big brother/MTV reality show, Fear and is broadcast live on the web.

The participants and cast think the show is entirely for entertainment purposes only and that the stunt will earn them some much more publicity and scholarship money. While in the house, the event goes terrifying and horribly wrong as Michael returns on his house and one by one, kills the participating students and the some crew involved in the broadcast.

Soon, all but 1 of the college students are murdered. Using her penpal and PDA on the outside, Sara escapes. Ultimately, the only Sara Moyer and Freddie Harris, the host of the said show, survive. Toward the end Myers also dies of electrocution and he is taken to a morgue, where a pair of male mortician jokes around to a female colleague that there is a celebrity in the bag.

When he explains who is in the bag, she slowly opens his body bag so they can take a peek. The camera angle changes to Michael's perception from inside out the mask as his eyes slowly slide open and he looks around. As the screen goes black a loud scream is heard as the credits begin to roll.
